2025 Bursaries!
The Gaslight Community Theatre Productions Bursary is intended to recognize a local graduating student who has made a significant contribution to theatre or dramatic arts in the school or wider community and/or who intends to pursue post-secondary theatre or film studies.
We’re thrilled to announce that Alyssa Rowbotham, a graduate of Our Lady of the Bay Catholic High School, and Raine Sammons, a graduate of Collingwood Collegiate Institute, received GCTP Bursaries at their respective schools’ graduation ceremonies during the last week of June 2025.
Congratulations Alyssa and Raine! Gaslight wishes you all the best in your future studies!

Bursary- New for 2024!
Gaslight has a long tradition of supporting young people in the Collingwood area, whether it be by hosting workshops or by providing financial support to local youth drama camps. In June, for the first time, the newly-created Gaslight Community Theatre Productions Bursary was presented to two graduating high school students.
The bursary, consisting of a financial award, is intended to recognize a graduating student who has made a significant contribution to theatre or dramatic arts in the school or wider community and/or who intends to pursue post-secondary theatre or film studies.
